This is an Affinity Seminar for those who identify as Black.

Audre Lorde said “Without community, there is no liberation” The work of racial equity is not solitary but most effectively done in community.  This racial affinity session will celebrate the importance of leaning into the intergenerational collective, communal power of Black women. Using the Courageous Conversation® Protocol, participants will explore their own beliefs about, and experiences with, Black women in their personal and professional lives.  Participants will discuss how we help, heal, hold and sometimes harm each other as we navigate living in a racial society.
