As many participants exit the Beyond Diversity™ seminar experience and begin to truly grapple with what it means to expect and accept non-closure, dedicated spaces to reflect on what key learnings occurred for the participant, both in terms of Self as a racialized being, and in terms of knowledge and application of Courageous Conversation® protocol, are quite valuable. These live facilitated spaces will guide participants through such a process of reflection and begin to chart a path for what “try tomorrows” look like for each individual. Recent Beyond Diversity™ graduates from all sectors of our work are invited to participate in these gatherings.
