Anti-racism in the Workplace is a seminar that will utilize the Courageous Conversation® Protocol to explore the concept of antiracism and the pivotal role it plays in their work as racial equity practitioners.  Through the interrogation of various contemporary scholars, participants will examine distinguishing definitions between non-racist and anti-racist behavior.  Utilizing the Courageous Conversation® Four Agreements, participants will reflect on their professional anti-racist leadership through a guided inquiry process and engage in small and large group intra-racial and interracial discussions.
